OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE THIS DIFFICULT PROCESS AS STRESS-FREE AS POSSIBLE FOR YOU AND YOUR PET.

OUR HOME EUTHANASIA SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Phone/text consultation to discuss your pet's condition and schedule an appointment.                         

  • Travel to your home

  • Discussion about the procedure and any questions or concerns you may have

  • Sedation of your pet to help relieve any anxiety or pain your pet may be experiencing

  • Peaceful euthanasia experience

  • Courtesy notification to your family veterinarian to inform them of your pet's passing.  We will also notify other pet professionals such as your groomer or pet sitter if you desire.

The fee for our home euthanasia service is $300 if the appointment is between 8am to 4:45pm on weekdays (Monday - Friday).  There are additional fees if the appointment is scheduled for 5pm or after, if the appointment is scheduled on a weekend (Saturday/Sunday) or if the appointment is scheduled same day/urgent.
Additional travel fees apply if the appointment is outside of Hinds, Rankin or Madison counties.  Travel fee depends on distance of travel.

Options for care of your pet after the appointment include burial by owner or cremation.  If you choose to have your pet cremated, the cost of home pick up and private or communal cremation is handled directly between you and the crematorium.  You also have the option of transporting your pet to Pet Angel's location yourself.  Please contact Pet Angel Memorial directly at (601) 922-5554 to discuss their services, ask any pricing questions and to schedule pick up.
